Water Equipment Show

CPD Opportunities, Live Demos, and Everything New at WES2026

The UK's premier water industry event returns, expanded and enhanced for a new era of innovation.

Building on the resounding success of last year’s show, the Water Equipment Show 2026 will feature over 35 keynote speakers, 200+ exhibitors sharing the latest innovations and technologies from across the sector, and over 2000 UK water industry professionals in attendance providing ample networking opportunities.

More than ever, we’re focused on meeting the growing and changing demands of the sector as we move through AMP8 and SR27 with the latest additions to WES2026’s agenda.

Careers and Learning Zone

A key component of the Water Equipment Show since its inception has been the promotion and development of water industry careers and championing young engineers. Through the new Careers and Learning Zone, this element has been codified into a dedicated area designed to support individuals and the wider water industry through learning and continuing professional development.

Within the Career and Learning Zone, a dedicated presentation area will provide space for wider meetings and discussions with up to six engineering and water-related institutes. Meeting booths will facilitate confidential 1-2-1 meetings to discuss mentorship opportunities, career development, and apprenticeship opportunities.

Attendees to WES2026 will be able to benefit from these exclusive networking opportunities to foster collaborative relationships between working professionals, companies, and institutes that facilitate mentorship and career progression within the water sector.

Water Company Pavillion

The Water Company Pavillion is an exclusive area at WES2026 that provides water companies with a platform to showcase and highlight their positive impact within the UK industry.

The Pump Centre and Water Equipment Show seek to support the water sector by developing awareness and promoting the UK’s water companies’ essential work in improving water quality, supporting environmental initiatives and the country’s move towards achieving net zero, and technological innovations to make water and wastewater management systems more efficient and resilient.

Live Demo Pavillion

Following the success of WES2025’s Pump Operations Challenge, the Water Equipment Show has expanded this feature into a Live Demo Pavillion, providing equipment suppliers with a designated area to demonstrate their products and engage directly with delegates.

This new, practical addition will aid developing the awareness surrounding the latest technology available to water companies and engineers, with attendees able to see new products in action in an exciting display. Exhibitors will run two live demonstrations throughout the day, offering ample opportunity for everyone attending WES to see as many sessions as possible.

The Live Demo Pavillion will also be the home of this year’s Pump Operations Challenge, the Water Equipment Show’s friendly competition which pits water industry professionals against each other to showcase their team’s engineering and maintenance skills. Last year, Workdry took home the inaugural trophy after a masterclass in pump engineering and maintenance. Now, as we head into 2026, the big question is: will Workdry defend their title, or will a new champion be crowned?
